U of H is pretty darn good.  Have recruited very, very well.   May have the highest ranked roster in the state based on rankings coming out of HS.

I don’t understand how U of H, Tech and Baylor are out recruiting UT and TAMU. 
 

All 5 schools have some top level coaches, but I would think the big 2 powerhouses would just draw the best to them naturally.
