It would be a positive point tiebreaker.

But at this point Elkhart is at +14, Coldspring is at +1 and Palestine is -15.

Even with a win of 15 or more (15 is the cap on margins of victory in 11-3A-I games), there is no way that either Coldspring or Palestine Westwood could match Elkhart's +14.

That is why a margin of victory of any amount by Westwood would put Elkhart in the 4th spot.
