If i remember right they line up and run the ball. They may have changed though.

True.  It was a search commiittee that was hired out of Dallas.  But, there were resumes involved.  So, hence the question.

Shultz is a well respected coordinator. That alone got him the job. 

Then, he turned around a struggling program and went to the playoffs.

The main question is still why he was terminated.

I don't know about ya'll, but this hire has me scratching my head.  This guy is just a position coach.  Not the coordinator.  So, what makes him the right choice?  Are they subconsciously trying to kill the program?    If they are not, then I really don't know how it would look any differently.   Thoughts?

I think they should have face prior coach another two years. Who knows what’s going to happen now.
