Tyler Jackson was named MVP.  I love watching a kid's game improve like this one.  I wasn't sold on Nederland, but they are looking good right now.

Some big tests for Nederland tonight at West Brook and Friday at Silsbee. The Hefner early season injury has helped some of the role players standout more and now that he’s back the team should continue to improve. It will be interesting to see how they do this week against some tough teams after having a great tourney last weekend and knocking off some solid squads.

Nederland is playing good basketball right now. Their size is a match up nightmare for a lot of teams. That advantage won’t be so noticeable against West Brook but will be a factor against Silsbee
