From what I've heard, they over committed and were telling some players they did not have room.

Never been that big a fan on these recruiting war rankings. None of it really matters in the long run.

But, A&M did land a #8 ranking overall according to one ranking source. Same source had that other team at #10.

Yep. Some 5 stars are happy being 5 stars.

Texas only signed 16 players in the Early Period. The 7 decommits took them out of the Top 5.

No one wins any games on signing day.

As a Texas fan, it’s frustrating seeing these high ranked recruiting classes come in and end up 7-5. I hope the development of these players gets better moving forward. I am very excited to see a guy like Bijan tote the rock. Sky is the limit for a guy with his potential.
