AggiesAreWe Posted July 28, 2007 Report Posted July 28, 2007 You name one of those many TD Passes when our corner kept getting burned in the Houston Sterling game last year. I think I bussed a blook vessel!I am still shocked that Sterling beat Central last year. After my Tigers destroyed Sterling 56-32( wasn't that close, was 56-12 at the start of the 4th ), I would have thought the Jags would have humiliated Sterling. I guess that's why they play the games.
patitan Posted July 28, 2007 Report Posted July 28, 2007 your team having to use a time out because the play is late coming in from the sidelinesamen brotha!!!!also sideline warning and the penalty.coach should have a rope guy or a get back guy.
cardinal81o7 Posted July 28, 2007 Report Posted July 28, 2007 how bout when the other team fumbles and then recovers their own fumble
BMTSoulja1 Posted July 28, 2007 Report Posted July 28, 2007 amen brotha!!!!also sideline warning and the penalty.coach should have a rope guy or a get back guy. :D :D....Like in the NFL....'get back, get back, man!'
BMTSoulja1 Posted July 28, 2007 Report Posted July 28, 2007 how bout when the other team fumbles and then recovers their own fumbleWhat about when the other team fumbles, your team gets the ball and starts returning the fumble, and then they fumble again and the other team gets the ball back? I'm like.... :-X :-X :-X > >
Tiger90 Posted July 28, 2007 Report Posted July 28, 2007 Silsbee has always ran the veer/option. What kills me is when the qb is getting closed in on and the rb is open for the pitch but never gets the ball. Opposite is when the qb has a wide open lane and then pitches to the rb who is already being hit before the ball even gets to him. It is always easier for us in the stands to see it I suppose. When the veer is clicking it is awesome but when it isn't it can be frustrating to watch.
Guest Ozen Posted July 28, 2007 Report Posted July 28, 2007 When the QB throws to a reciever that is covered and don't even throw to the one that's wide open.
BMTSoulja1 Posted July 28, 2007 Report Posted July 28, 2007 How about the crowd has to point to the open reciever for the QB? I've been a part of that a million times. :
BigWolf10 Posted July 29, 2007 Report Posted July 29, 2007 I GOT A GOOD ONE. YOUR TEAM DRIVES ALL THE WAY DOWN THE FIELD RUNNING THE BALL. THEY CAN'T STOP YOU FOR NOTHING. GET INSIDE THE FIVE. THE DAWN OC CALL A PASS PLAY AND IT GETS PICKED.

GET INSIDE THE FIVE. THE DAWN OC CALL A PASS PLAY AND IT GETS PICKED. LOL. Sounds like the WOS OC. I like to fell off the top row of the stands last year in the Giddings game when he did that more than once.
WOS92 Posted July 29, 2007 Report Posted July 29, 2007 I'm afraid I can't disagree. Our OC is as bad as our other coaches are good - and that's saying something.

patitan Posted July 29, 2007 Report Posted July 29, 2007 rt did that against humble. there was no need for an ot. clay was picking up 4-5 yards on every run with 2 min and change left in the game.rt calls a timeout?!?!?2nd and like six we pass,3rd and 6 we pass.i don't think we punted 4th we threw a pick.

TradinUp BH Posted July 30, 2007 Report Posted July 30, 2007 Don't laugh, but run, run, run, run, run, run, run, run, run, run. Worse than an old pair of underwear!!! ;D
KG03bruins7 Posted July 30, 2007 Report Posted July 30, 2007 every body had good points but nobody mention missed tackels, are when a player is running on the sideline ready to take it to the house and is carrying the ball in the wrong hand gets hit and fumbles?
OldTimer Posted July 30, 2007 Report Posted July 30, 2007 This is easy - Player makes a long Run or Receives a long pass and showboats on the way to the endzone and either fumbles or puts the ball down inside the 5 yard line. Happen to us in a game - won't say how long ago - but a long time ago. Player caught a 98 yard touchdown pass - too bad it should have been a 99 yard pass. He tought he had crossed the goal line and placed the ball down on the 1 yard line. We recovered.
warfan Posted July 30, 2007 Report Posted July 30, 2007 We will try an extra point or field goal and haven't made one all year long, With the districts leading runner on the bench. go figure.

BigWolf10 Posted July 31, 2007 Report Posted July 31, 2007 I saw this in a state championship game a local team was competing in. The kids played their hearts out. they were getting dominated in the first half. in the second half they made a great come back. they went for two points after every touchdown and made it. well, at the end of the game, the other team had the ball and was running the clock out. the local team got the ball back and the come back was in there reach. they drove down the field and got a touchdown. The coaches had a decission. pat or 2 points for the win. missed one pat earlier in the game. and 100% on 2 point conversions on the night. they went for the pat. missed it like they did earlier in the game. maann!!!! my heart went out to those players. exspecially the seniors.
