Romans 8 compares the end to labor pains. The pains get stronger as the event draws near. The Bible says: "But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only." Correct...and the Bible says to just be ready. Some folks seem to think they know specifics...they don't. The end has been proclaimed to be coming since Paul walked the earth. Quote

Only God knows the exact time of the of the end. I've said that several times here before. But..there is a distinct difference between date setting, which is wrong, and knowing the signs of the times. Quote
Hagar Posted January 11, 2020 Report Posted January 11, 2020 It’s like the end of the world. No doubt it will end someday, but the Dems have proclaimed it will end on 2030. My oh my, how much kook-aid does one have to drink to believe them? Quote

My understanding and opinion to “be ready” is to have your house in order. The Bible also says HE is coming back for a true church without spot blemish or wrinkle. In a another chapter it says, For many are called but few are chosen. We are in a time where the winter and summer months are no longer seasonal. For example, the weather here in South Carolina was 77 degrees In January. Quote

So did all the apostles. All the writers of the Bible kept the sabbath. The whole early church kept the sabbath. Sunday didn't officially come in until 300 years later when Constantine borrowed Sunday worship from the pagans. Quote
