Holy Moly, Trump’s Lawyers are shredding the House’s Impeachment Hearings.   No House vote on subpoenas, which is required.   No Due Process, which is required.  Basically, the House Impeachment was illegal and unconstitutional.  

Based on that, if the Senate starts allowing witnesses, they’re validating what the House did, which will lead to more Impeachments since Due Process is not required.  To sum it up, as we suspected, the House Impeachment was not Legal or Constitutional, and nothing more than a political abuse of power.

If I’ve erred, and one of our Attorney’s knows it, please correct me.  I’m just trying to understand & explain what I’m hearing, and I prefer accuracy over my feelings.

What issues/policies do you disagree on within the Democratic....socialist....Party?

i rarely watch Fox News so my disdain for Democrats does not stem from a tv show.

By the way, Fox doesn't portray them in any particular way, they simply show actual video and audio of them.

Trump won by 74 electoral votes.  Pretty sure Wisconsin’s 10 wouldn’t have helped much.
