The Falcons went 3-7 and just 1-6 in district 21-4A play. Huffman has a solid group of returners that will hope to make an impact in 4A this year. The offensive lineman will be led by Justin Jones and Kyle Hobizal. We also expect TE Jesse Nash to have a productive 2007 season. If the Falcon offense can put points on the board this year we expect them to have a chance in every game.Other Offensive Impact Players:Kyle Meadows (WR)Raymond Henderson (WR)Defensive SummaryThe Falcons welcome back 7 starters from a defensive unit that gave up 29 points per game in 2006. The Huffman defense should be very tough this year, led by the linebacking crew of OLB Ryan Latour, OLB Steven Morales and MLB Aaron Chandler. Huffman’s secondary will be very solid in 2007. FS Jeffry Schmidt and DB Brad Ballard will be the leaders. The Falcon defense should be able to keep them in the game throughout the 2007 season.Other Defensive Impact Players:Josh Gallegos (DL)Adrian Falcon (DL)Huffman opens the 2007 season with a road game at Houston Scarborough in week 0. The following week they take on Wheatley at Dyer Stadium. The Falcons open 21-4A play on September 28 at New Caney. Huffman doesn’t have their home opener until halfway through the season on October 5 against Galena Park.
