64-55 Lumberton, haven’t watched them play in about 2 weeks, good win over a good Fannett team at Fannett.

This was a heck of a gm...good win by raiders. Way to keep grinding horns.

HF was out coached on that one. The coach refuses to put more than one outside shooter in and expects the two Guards to keep penetrating. Lumberton packed the middle and those two kids couldn’t beat 5. Dribble drive is great but doesn’t work if the floor isn’t opened up and the kids refuse to hit the open man on the outside.  The rest of the district has figured that out.

Oh there’s definitely improvement on the HF side. The kids are playing harder.  Fear of sitting the bench will do that.

Winning cures everything.  If Lumberton was losing every game and not a playoff contender then there would be a problem with "yelling" or whatever else a parent could come up with.

Still some tough games left.  Depending on upcoming results, Raider playoffs could boil down to the WOS game.   Some fairly good parity in the District.  Going to be interesting.
