Places to eat in Trinity, Tx area

Need help. Any recommendations for pre game meal in Trinity Texas? Going up there tomorrow night for Coldspring/Trinity game.

If you go through Livingston there's Shrimpboat Manny's and Florida's........BOTH great eating........

Have ate at both places. Want to try something new and preferably in Trinity if possible.

Trinity Cafe was very good. One of the better chicken fried steaks I ever had.

They have an all you can eat catfish and shrimp buffet on Friday nights. Leaning heavily towards going there.

I would highly recommend it... can’t go wrong with those hometown diners like that.

If it’s open “ The Farmhouse “ at the foot of the causeway on Hwy 190 in Onalaska has good food. It’s the same family I believe that operates the Farmhouse in Huntsville. It’s about 15 miles from Trinity but you may want to put it on your list.

Well, I was hoping someone with a camp house on Lake Livingston would fry up some fish for me tomorrow afternoon.

This place actually closed down permanently in Onalaska.

Los Panchitos use to be very good, but it’s been almost 10 years since I’ve been there. Joseph’s is suppose to be good, never eaten there so don’t know for sure.
