Who are 4A & 5A Top Girls

Now that we are almost getting closer to the playoffs, who are some girls that have made some huge impressions in these two districts? Who are some of the up and coming underclassmen in our area?

#3 Delana Carter - BH - Frehman
#4 P Anderson - United - Soph
#5 (Homer Alert) Mollee Priddy - PNG - Senior

I would lump several girls in with my kid at that #5 spot Asia Wheeler at HJ, Delberta Gillery at HJ

In my opinion, Delberta Guillory-Smith is the player of the year for the area.  See has stepped up her game this year and has done it on the boards, scoring and defense...  Asia has as well too.  They have done it against some really good players as well.

 

In all, our area is starting to get back to what it used to be from an individual talent standpoint.  Some really good younger players and some special ones in the junior high levels coming.

I wish we had access to the full stats of these young ladies.  I know the two bigs for United , Sostand or Boudreaux has an insane number of blocked shots this year and I know Anderson not only leads this area in the scoring department, but also in steals per game...

stats dont always tell the story though because teams run different systems.  A girl on a team with a press system should have more steals than a girl on a team who nags their hat on half court man d....  same with points...  No one sends stats in anymore sadly....
