My 1998 classmate. I know his parents brothers and sisters. Spoke to him via facebook yesterday. Scored 16pts vs #1 rank and eventual NCAA Championship Duke with 6 McDonald's All Americans. Also played at Tennessee and lead the SEC in 3 point % in 2002 and 2003.

Eddie Fobbs also grew up bear me on 2nd street. I know his dad Rev Fobbs ans brother and sister. 7'0 tall and became one of the best shot blockers in the country. Sam Houston lost to Jokeim Noah and Al Hortford in the 1st round of the 2004 Tourney.

Duke lost in sweet sixteen to Florida. Michigan st won it that year

I believe that his name is Hugh Davis. I remember being at a game in Port Arthur at the Beehive when he two handed dunked over 3 bumblebee defenders during a Silsbee fast break. It had to be the dunk of the year!!! Just simply AWESOME to witness in person.Thanks for that trip down memory lane.

Tramaine Arline. He was a member of that undefeated team in the mid-90s (31-0). He had a pretty good outside shot. Deadly from 3 point land as well.

Everybody should still remember this guy just one year removed. Jordan, from what I’m hearing, is doing just fine at Austin Peay. Very entertaining to watch. Thanks for the memories.

DC Stallworth. Very good at everything. Made it to the state tournament in Austin once or twice. He had good basketball genes. His mother was a baller back in the late 80s-90. Very good all around player from what I can remember.
