If games pick back up early May there could easily be 3 game series. Plus three teams from each district might not even make the playoffs. So less weeks of playoff baseball. I’m sure the uil is working on the best for the kids if they are able to play again. Quote

Per information the UIL has sent out to those who need to know there would not be 3 game series. Round Robin District tournaments to decide the top 4 teams. Then 1 game playoffs each round. Most teams haven’t even started District play yet. No way to play a District Schedule then do playoffs Quote

My son is a senior and misses playing baseball, but I would not even take a chance at him coming in contact with another player that might be infected. Is it really worth it? Quote
alwaysright Posted April 14, 2020 Report Posted April 14, 2020 I bet 90% of HS kids haven't thrown a baseball in 4 weeks. No way this season continues. I would be super surprised. Hopefully kids wanting to play past HS are out there getting work in. Quote
