jake94 Posted August 8, 2007 Report Posted August 8, 2007 DAYTON is clearly the team to beat in my opinion. They return great talent on both sides of the ball and I expect their QB to be special. Central will probably take second although I am not sure how well they will cope without their stud QB. Nederland, PN-G, LC-M, Lumberton, and Ozen should all battle for 3rd. I see another bottom tier finish for Vidor, although they always play my Dogs tough. Should be great games each and every week.
KFDM COOP Posted August 8, 2007 Report Posted August 8, 2007 True but Central is right up there with them. Should be another great game.
Guest ECBucFan Posted August 8, 2007 Report Posted August 8, 2007 Dayton, but just by a hair. Central will push em' to the wall. Oughta be an awesome game (as will Dayton-WOS).
KFDM COOP Posted August 8, 2007 Report Posted August 8, 2007 kogtPresident Driver and the LCM Bears say they're ready to take the next step into the playoffs this season.
KFDM COOP Posted August 10, 2007 Report Posted August 10, 2007 Ok seems like everyone is picking Central and Dayton in the top 2 spots. Who goes 3rd??????????
Guest Penny Posted August 11, 2007 Report Posted August 11, 2007 If you had to place a paycheck on it, I would be hard pressed to go against Neumann's ability to find a way to get in the playoffs this year. LCM/PNG are the sentimental favorites, LCM has turned the corner, PNG is due for their run every so often in the past decade, but Ned is there year in and year out... gotta think they will be again.
Guest TravelingBandsman Posted August 11, 2007 Report Posted August 11, 2007 By the track record, I'm gonna say Dayton.
knightrider Posted August 11, 2007 Report Posted August 11, 2007 you can't count out them dogs. they always seem to find a way to be there by the playoffs lol ;D

CardiacKids 92 Posted August 14, 2007 Report Posted August 14, 2007 1. Dayton2. PNG3. NederlandThat's how I see it, but whoever ends up going needs to go much further than the first couple of rounds. We need to show the rest of the state we can still play football in Southeast Texas!!!!
BigWolf10 Posted August 16, 2007 Report Posted August 16, 2007 I got a chance to go watch the Jags practice yesterday. Let me just say. speed, speed, and more speed.

Lonestargridiron Posted August 17, 2007 Report Posted August 17, 2007 Lonestargridiron.com Rankings1. Dayton2. Beaumont Central3. Port Neches Groves4. Nederland5. Vidor6. Lumberton7. Beaumont Ozen8. Little Cypress-MauricevilleThis district won all their Bi-District playoff games but got swept in the 2nd Round last year. Only 2 of the 8 teams finished with winning records. Dayton & Central should battle it out for the district title and the last 6 teams will battle for the last playoff spot.
jake94 Posted August 17, 2007 Report Posted August 17, 2007 I would bet my paycheck that LC-M does not come in last. They will be in a great battle for 3rd in my opinion. Flip flop Vidor and LC-M and then these rankings might be closer to the probable finish.

Isn't Lonestargridiron the one that using a chicken or monkey to make their picks?
Guest 87CRU79 Posted August 17, 2007 Report Posted August 17, 2007 IMO,Central is the team to beat in '07!!!!1. Central2. Dayton3. Nederland4. LCM5. PNG6. Ozen7. Vidor8. LumbertonThere is no way that LCM will finish last or make the playoffs. LCM will end up in the middle of the pack.
