HSBASEBALL Posted April 28, 2006 Report Posted April 28, 2006 Top Ten pitchers for SETX for next year.
DINKER Posted April 28, 2006 Report Posted April 28, 2006 Anybody who goes to Sam Moore will be a great pitcher. He is a coaches best friend. Look what he has done for BC. Both pitchers go to him and 7 of the 9 in lineup go to him for batting.
Guest BALLPLAYER Posted April 28, 2006 Report Posted April 28, 2006 Oh wow, maybe he should have got 3a coach of the year.
TigerMom Posted April 28, 2006 Report Posted April 28, 2006 Silsbee's Joel Schooling (will be a sr) and Kevin McDonald (will be a jr)
jdawg03 Posted April 28, 2006 Report Posted April 28, 2006 I expect Jasper's Travis Reagan to make a fulll recovery and be one of the top 3 pitchers next year...Parsons will also be very good
NeDeRlAnD b-DoG fAn Posted April 28, 2006 Report Posted April 28, 2006 Nederland's ace next year will probably be Beau Helmke
mustangs_2007 Posted April 28, 2006 Report Posted April 28, 2006 wos' ace will prolly be Terry Veitch
baseballdad Posted April 28, 2006 Report Posted April 28, 2006 If that's WOS ace than they don't have an ace!! :iag
cardinal81o7 Posted April 29, 2006 Report Posted April 29, 2006 well, veitch will have to be they're ace. they also have have a lefty that will be able to throw strikes. veitch threw 150 pitches in a jv tournament game last year because they refused to pull him.
Guest BobcatBeliever Posted April 29, 2006 Report Posted April 29, 2006 Wow...what's all the Vietch bashing......he didn't do a bad job catching....he IS human after all....and a great kid to go along with it....ease up.
Will11 Posted April 29, 2006 Report Posted April 29, 2006 I called a couple of WOS games and he does a good job behind the plate, but catching Sparks curves and slurves will make a good catcher look bad. I thought this thread was for Pitching ? Woods @ PNG Meeks @ BC Stanley @ Ned I am impressed with the Martin kid out in Deweyville, I got to watch him from the field and with a little refinment (take him to Sam) he could be a monster in 2A next season. LCM will be inexperienced but that wont stop Griff and Stevenson from building another playoff team.
Bobcatfan4life Posted April 29, 2006 Report Posted April 29, 2006 Stringer at BC as well. He and Meeks will be the top 2 guys for them next year with Angelle and Haymon graduating.
LRaiser08 Posted May 2, 2006 Report Posted May 2, 2006 Lumberton has some pretty good pitchers coming back next year. The one that sticks out in my mind is Bryce DeJohn he only pitched one game this year and it was a shutout but he has pottential and he will be really good next year and the year after
theoldman Posted May 2, 2006 Report Posted May 2, 2006 Huffman will return Listi and Arnold. If given a chance, Sipe will suprise alot of folks. They should compete in their new 4A district with BH. Supporting cast will have to grow up in a hurry!
Hawk1 Posted May 3, 2006 Report Posted May 3, 2006 Aaron Treece, Josh Rodgers, & Taylor Monse from HJ-all three have thrown well this year. Monse is 3-0 as a varsity starter with one no decision after playing most of the year on JV. Rodgers threw two no-hitters on JV this year, one a perfect game, and Treece has been a consistant starter all season.
cleanup13 Posted May 4, 2006 Report Posted May 4, 2006 Watch out for Mitch Todd from PNG. Started season with health problems (non baseball related), but picked up steam through mid season on JV. He has a wicked curve ball and is very accurate hitting his spots. Great closer under pressure.
LHS90 Posted May 4, 2006 Report Posted May 4, 2006 Josh Gardiner, Albert Lott and Deston James for Ozen should help make Ozen a contender next year
MIF04 Posted May 4, 2006 Report Posted May 4, 2006 Yeah, Ozen's group is going to be good. That program just needs a little depth.
bulldogs08 Posted May 5, 2006 Report Posted May 5, 2006 is helmke the only pitcher nederland will have next year. is there any younger guys that can step up
