Was reading this morning about the Roman Empire. This quote is from one of its greatest emperors and it helped me today. 

"Everything that happens is either endurable or not. If it's endurable, then endure it. Stop complaining. If it's unendurable then stop complaining. Your destruction will mean its end as well" --- Marcus Aurelius

Great quote, and applicable for centuries.   I read one recently myself I thought was good.
