I heard a report on the radio this morning that this is an unprecedented feat.  For a team not to sign a pick in the first four rounds of the first year player draft is ridiculous.  The Astros will be looked at as a laughing stock of an organization for this.  Other organizations around the league already had questions about Purpura, this just adds flame to the fire.
