Our district is gonna be fun this year. I can't remember being this pumped about district play...even back in the 80's and 90's when I was a kid there in Jasper. I just don't recall a year with 4 schools that could win it and no crystal clear favorite. It's actually interesting to not have the bullseye on our backs.

I hear you, In my opinion I do not think Splendora

belongs in that mix. HF plays them first game of the season I guess

we will see how good they really are. We beat them last year

which is not saying a whole lot considering how young we were.

While we appreciate the support, I don't think Jasper "manhandled" PNG.  It was a good showing though.  We'll take it.

Another good/strong showing against Nederland.  Now they count.

Kirbyville is overrated this year. Jasper, WOS and Silsbee will be at the top of that district come november.
