In 2017, days before Trump was sworn in, at Georgetown U. Medical Center Dr. Fauci said, “A surprise outbreak will occur during the Trump Administration”.   Not maybe occur.  Not might occur.   My question is, how did he know this?   A conspiracy theorist dream question.
