Half game is a real 24 minute half. Controlled is each team gets a certain amount of plays then they other team gets a certain amount of plays.

The Cards looked better than i thought they would early. In the final Quarter of the real game situation depth hurt them. LCM has some size but not enough overall speed to win that District. It will come down to them and Nederland for 3rd.

LCM had three tds, they had way to many penalties I think they had three tds called back. I think BC had 1 maybe 2 first downs in 2 quarters of game situation.

Huffman and Splendora end up in tie 0-0 and was a very hard hitting game. Huffman had the ball on the two yard line with two minutes left but lost the ball to a fumble. Huffman outgained Splendora but did stupid things like fouls that killed us. Both teams failed to throw the ball at all and that will cost them as the season goes on.

Kountze Vs. Woodville

We played a live half with them and kountze won 14-7..

Kountze scored on the third play at the very start and then woodville scored later in the quarter..

KTZ created a fumble and KTZ Recovered the ball and shortly after kountze scored again...

Warren-1  Shepherd-1 in controlled scrimmage.

Warren-19 Shepherd-7 in live 24 minute scrimmage.

Shepherd's 2 TD'S came on passes to the TE #33.He also kicked the PAT.

Warren looked pretty good and may have found some depth at RB.

Parker looked good at FB,Morris was rested some but will be ready it looked like for the opener.Both QB's threw the ball well despite some early drops.The WR'S settled in and caught the ball well in the live scrimmage.Casey Word caught a couple of TD's and Brandon Young ran for another.The defense looked pretty good,may have to find a little depth in the secondary.Overall a pretty good performance for the Warriors.

I went to the BC/LCM scrimmage. BC looked good in the controlled scrimmage. Then they played two quarters. I left with about 8 minutes left to play and the score was LCM 15-0. Someone else posted the final as 22-0 LCM. BC did not click on offence or defence very well in the game simulation. LCM looked pretty good. Their size was bigger than BC's and they were much faster. LCM will have a fine team this year. BC is very young and inexperienced and is learning a new offense. I believe they will get better as the year goes on and be able to win some games. Most of their players will return next year so they should be real good then. They passed well and ran well also in the controlled scrimmage. The secondary needs some work.
