Cat22 Posted August 26, 2007 Report Posted August 26, 2007 This will be a close game. Orangefield had to eliminate the turnovers. We had a problem with that in our last scrimmage. Not making excuses, but our starting QB was injuired early on in the scrimmage Friday night and did not play the rest of the scrimmage. I think he is ok, but he will not be 100%. Our other QB did step in nicely though. I think this game will come down to turnovers and mistakes, whoever has fewer will win the game.
Bobcat55 Posted August 26, 2007 Author Report Posted August 26, 2007 I think Buna wins by two td's because they looked good against Newton. Orangefield has had people miss scrimmages due to injury, so those kids did not get game speed reps. It is very hard to see game speed at practice so I feel the Bobcats will be a little behind because of that. good luck to both and LETS GET THIS FOOTBALL SEASON STARTED!!!!!
Guest A-TOWN Posted August 26, 2007 Report Posted August 26, 2007 ;D ;D ;D ;DAnother great game, former 21-3A rivals going at it

GOBIGBLOO Posted August 29, 2007 Report Posted August 29, 2007 I want to congradulate the Cougars on their performance Friday night in Newton vs. a big 3A Center and the 7th ranked team in the state for 2A, Newton. Yall stayed with both teams and showed them Buna aint just a bunch of punks. I say Buna will beat OF 17-12 and will be decided by the defenses in the 4th quarter. Good Luck guys
