Guest Orangeboy Posted September 3, 2007 Report Posted September 3, 2007 BC's 8th Grade is crossing their fingers for another great season. The boys have been working hard and are ready to play. The 7th grade group looks like they are ready for their 1st season of school ball too.Go BIG RED!Last year as 7th graders the group went undefeated in everything. Hope they don't get that BIG HEAD!!! It will be very hard for them to repeat, especially having to put in a new offense. GO BIG RED!!!
ballhogz Posted September 5, 2007 Report Posted September 5, 2007 after the first practice in pads, our 7th grader was sweaty & tired! ;D learning the game & having a blast! that's what counts!
eaba26 Posted September 8, 2007 Report Posted September 8, 2007 high island has enough for a team and thats great news. they have 11 eighth graders and a couple of them are very good players. should be a fun year.
redfan Posted September 13, 2007 Report Posted September 13, 2007 let you know about Warren later, headed there now to watch 7th and 8th grade games.
PURPLE 4EVER Posted September 23, 2007 Report Posted September 23, 2007 Just got finished with the my game video of Dayton's 7th grade. They crushed Crosby and does this group have some talent!Easily the best bunch of kids Dayton has had since the 11th graders. The 8th grade bunch lost to Crosby by 2 points, but they do have a couple of good running backs.Looks like the Ponies will once again be a dominating force in their district.
XNDNQB Posted September 26, 2007 Report Posted September 26, 2007 Groves "A" looks good. 2-0 at this point. Offensive is opening things up and defensive is fast. They've got some really good backs that are developing very well. Look for them to have a good record this year.
eaba26 Posted September 28, 2007 Report Posted September 28, 2007 HIGH ISLAND IS 3-0 AND LOOKING GOOD. HAVE OUTSCORED THE OPPOSITION 64-0.
td Posted September 28, 2007 Report Posted September 28, 2007 I saw WOS 8th grade last night and they have several kids that looked really good.
Guest bigcat Posted September 28, 2007 Report Posted September 28, 2007 Silsbee 8th grade A team really looking good. Looking foward to seeing Bridge City and Silsbee play next week.
Wildfire Posted October 12, 2007 Report Posted October 12, 2007 i havent kept up real well with the little oilers but i do believe we are undefeated correct me if im wrong
pantherfan#30 Posted October 21, 2007 Report Posted October 21, 2007 The very best team in Middle School right now is the Anahuac 8th grade A Cubs football team with a record of 6-0 for the season averaging 40 points a game. This same team last year only tied one game and lost 7 games but the old Coach Borne turned them around this year, he also coach this years freshman team last year and they had a record of 6-2 for the season. He expects this team to be a great one a few years down the road. Pantherfan#30
Guest bigcat Posted October 23, 2007 Report Posted October 23, 2007 WOS has a good team. Big linemen, and a lot of speed in the back field on both sides of the ball.
