82 5A State Champs Posted September 1, 2007 Report Posted September 1, 2007 EXCELLENT! Whew, I thought the outcome might be different after the first half. I guess Stump once again made some good second half adjustments. Good job Bruins! ;D
BearWolf Posted September 1, 2007 Report Posted September 1, 2007 i was at the game Louis started the 4th qtr and the first time he threw a pass it went 74 yds for a td to Powldril running down the right sideline
BearWolf Posted September 1, 2007 Report Posted September 1, 2007 the Ozen QB was carted off the field with an injury in the 3rd Qtr
Guest kf89 Posted September 1, 2007 Report Posted September 1, 2007 P.A. COMING TO OZEN NEXT WEEK, MIGHT GET UGLY FOR THE PANTHERS IF THE LOSE THIER Q.B.. MEMORIAL WILL PUSH ANY DEFENSE TO THE LIMIT.THE SCORE BOARD AT CARDINAL STADIUM WILL BE WORKING O.T.
BearWolf Posted September 1, 2007 Report Posted September 1, 2007 true, there's a big drop off with the number 2 qb
Yeoj Posted September 1, 2007 Report Posted September 1, 2007 The problem was Falgout is a Safety not a QB. Â He badly under threw the open WR 3 times all of which got intercepted and one returned for a TD. Â To his credit he played both ways and he is the deep snapper so he rarely left the field. Â C. Louis got in the game late and threw a 60 yard strike to Powdrill for the last TD.
BearWolf Posted September 1, 2007 Report Posted September 1, 2007 we now know who has the arm. i cannot see not starting Louis next against Central. there has to be a serious threat to pass effectively against the Jags
BMTSoulja1 Posted September 1, 2007 Report Posted September 1, 2007 I went to the game too. The Panther offense looked confuse and disoriented the whole second half. they were jumping offsides, missing blocking assignments, and all other kind of unexusable things. No positive exept nice unies and a tall reciever. Brooks D-line are fast and smart, staying home and not being fooled. The Louis kid did impress me with that TD strike with the reciever in full stride.
BearWolf Posted September 1, 2007 Report Posted September 1, 2007 that's an extremely athletic and fast D-line, Ozen finished the night with 6 total yards, -8 rushing
SFA85 Posted September 1, 2007 Report Posted September 1, 2007 P.A. COMING TO OZEN NEXT WEEK, MIGHT GET UGLY FOR THE PANTHERS IF THE LOSE THIER Q.B.. MEMORIAL WILL PUSH ANY DEFENSE TO THE LIMIT.THE SCORE BOARD AT CARDINAL STADIUM WILL BE WORKING O.T.Not if RTG starts Alexander and not Brown.....
Yeoj Posted September 1, 2007 Report Posted September 1, 2007 Yes WB defense is really fast, if they get some help from the offense the sky is the limit. Â We cannot win against a elite team with 3 interceptions in the red zone plus all those fumbles.
BearWolf Posted September 1, 2007 Report Posted September 1, 2007 i really think starting Louis at qb will correct take care of that. he seems to be a qb, david looks like a db coverted to a qb
BMTSoulja1 Posted September 1, 2007 Report Posted September 1, 2007 thats a total of negative 2 yards rushing. No way!
BearWolf Posted September 1, 2007 Report Posted September 1, 2007 they had 14 yds total passing and a -8 rushing for a grand total of 6 yds for the game
Yeoj Posted September 1, 2007 Report Posted September 1, 2007 I said after the Lufkin scimmage that WB's defense is big, physical, and fast. Â Teams are going to have a hard time moving the ball this year. Â Way to pitch a shutout defense.

TradinUp BH Posted September 1, 2007 Report Posted September 1, 2007 Is Ozen worse than what people said or is WB that good. People have said watch out for Ozen this year, but less than 10 yards in a game WOW. Congrats WB from a 1992 graduate
Yeoj Posted September 1, 2007 Report Posted September 1, 2007 Personally I think WB's defense is that good this year, but only time will tell.Â
BearWolf Posted September 1, 2007 Report Posted September 1, 2007 hard to tell, we will find out next week. i do know that both 6'-5" DE or as fast as Running Backs and the other 6'-5" DE McCardell who is also a spinter on the track team did not suit up tonight because of an injury

Guest BigHam Posted September 1, 2007 Report Posted September 1, 2007 Ha ha ha. Coming from a person who's school never went to the playoffs lolThere would be several schools that would not have any playoff births if only one out of each district went.
Guest WeedBegone Posted September 1, 2007 Report Posted September 1, 2007 Therre would be several schools that would not have any playoff births if only one out of each district went.Well maybe the Trojans were not all that great back in the days.
