After a successful onside kick recovery by Kountze and a field goal to tie the game, Howard scored the winning touchdown from 25 yards out in OT.Howard had not played in the game until he stepped in during the fourth quarter.

UKCats Posted September 1, 2007 Report Posted September 1, 2007 Andrew Kinery from Tarkington - rushed for 45 in the first half before suffering a leg injury (possible break). Not an extraordinary start, but I hate to see a player go down like this. Pray for this kid and his family.

Wes57 Posted September 2, 2007 Report Posted September 2, 2007 Josh White, big bruising running back from Liberty had 223 yards rushing on 23 carries. Even had to play some cornerback at the end of the game after one of our DB's got hurt.

hdbasketballstar Posted September 3, 2007 Report Posted September 3, 2007 Yeah Mr. Reality Nolan from Hardin had a ok night. He only carried the ball 7 times and got 84 yards, getting the first every time. He was 17 for 23 passing for 209 yards.

Posted September 4, 2007 Report Posted September 4, 2007 this nick mccown kid sounds like he held his own even though hes a sophmore.... another hawk that might deserve it is jake roby... he had 10 tackles which included 2 tfl and 3 hurries with a broken hand possibly in the second half
