baddog Posted May 29, 2020 Report Posted May 29, 2020 How can a stimulus check stimulate an economy if things cost 4 times as much? Priced a roast lately? Also, I don’t see this taking care of the needy. Quote

It has just put us deeper in debt. Quote

I stimulated Discount Tire for a set of Michelins. That’s what I was supposed to do..... get the money back into the economy. Too many people didn’t do this and I think the second round will be more if the same. Sky-rocketing prices are cancelling out the benefits of the package. Reagan 1 Quote

Kountzer Posted May 29, 2020 Report Posted May 29, 2020 The first stimulus check I got some shocks and struts for my car. When the 2nd comes I plan to get the brakes done. Quote
