This might surprise a lot of you, but I’m a little bit conservative. Trump was nowhere near my first choice for President, but he was the nominee and I cast all of my votes for him. 
 

For days all that we heard is “where is Trump? He’s just hiding in the White House while Rome burns!” He finally comes out and it’s all “He used a BIBLE!!!” and “keep George Floyd’s name out of your mouth!” Which is pretty much what everybody knew was going to happen. 
 

Having said that, I have been disappointed in his lack of leadership during this time of unrest. Despite the fact that the left was going to be critical of him for whatever he did, we need a leader that can at least come across as a unifier and not as a counter-protestor.
