24 over par Posted September 6, 2007 Report Posted September 6, 2007 h-j kountze and rest would be messed up like a hoot owl in a window fan
Roll_Left15 Posted September 7, 2007 Report Posted September 7, 2007 It used to be:Kountze HJHFI see that would no longer happen for the Horns! But they did have one good squad back in the gap!
Guest A-TOWN Posted September 7, 2007 Report Posted September 7, 2007 Buna H-F battle my Freshmen year @ Hamshire Fannett, Buna ended up winning by 10
whsalum Posted September 9, 2007 Report Posted September 9, 2007 4 of these schools are in 24aa now so I'm not sure I understand the question. If they were in the same district now HJ would win it followed by Kountze. The rest of the district wouldn't be that strong.Hardin would probably get the 3rd spot.
Roll_Left15 Posted September 11, 2007 Report Posted September 11, 2007 Buna H-F battle my Freshmen year @ Hamshire Fannett, Buna ended up winning by 10What year was that A-Town??
Guest A-TOWN Posted September 12, 2007 Report Posted September 12, 2007 2002-2003 Season, there was a outstanding player his name was Cedric (dont know his last name). he was an outstanding player, the refs robbed him 3 times, one was a terrible call when he stole the ball from Buna and he dunk, they T him up for dunking. And then they ejected him from the gym. I felt bad for that dude, he didnt do nothing that was wrong. The game was Buna @ Hamshire Fannett, 2002-2003 Season
Guest A-TOWN Posted September 12, 2007 Report Posted September 12, 2007 Who do yall think had the Best Gym in that old district
Guest A-TOWN Posted September 12, 2007 Report Posted September 12, 2007 ;DHeres mine, Before Buna had there new gym Kountze- There gym used to have a rubber floor but now they got that hardwood floor like the Boston CelticsHardin- Tough gym to win at, my Freshmen year Hardin was down by 20 and came back and won at the buzzer.Anahuac- There gym looks like our old gym, I like the big pressbox they got insideHamshire Fannett- Not bad, its just little to meOrangefield- #1 Toughest gym to win at, but i still love it still wish they play in itHardin Jefferson- Too Small, but they got the NBA-College basketball goalsBridge City- I love the Don Lewis gym, still wish they play in itBuna- I LOVE THE BOB CUMMINGS GYM, its really loud and it gets pack easily
Roll_Left15 Posted September 12, 2007 Report Posted September 12, 2007 C'mon A-Town..you know Kountze was the #1 Toughest gym to win at!
whsalum Posted September 12, 2007 Report Posted September 12, 2007 C'mon A-Town..you know Kountze was the #1 Toughest gym to win at! If theres a tougher one I haven't seen it.The Lions are just about unbeatable there.
Guest A-TOWN Posted September 13, 2007 Report Posted September 13, 2007 C'mon A-Town..you know Kountze was the #1 Toughest gym to win at! True, Kountze never lose in that gym, By next year or so that gym will be miss. Ima be sad when they close that gym down. Its small and you are right Roll Left15 Lol! ;D that is a tough gym, know to be the 3 digit gym
Guest A-TOWN Posted September 13, 2007 Report Posted September 13, 2007 ;DI know everybody be watching great basketball games in Kountze, why are there rims flat . Everytime Kountze shoots the 3 there rim just go up and down
UT#1 Posted September 15, 2007 Report Posted September 15, 2007 hj wins it now...and there wont be many if any at all 3 digit games for the lions this year
whsalum Posted September 16, 2007 Report Posted September 16, 2007 I don't see many 100 pt games this year either, most of the teams in the district will be improved so it will be tough to hang a 100 up.Kountze will have the athletes to push the ball but may not have the rebounding they had last year to start the breaks.I think they were the only club in the district last year to put up those numbers.EC and Warren usually score in the 60-70 pt range.
Guest Tha Unit Posted September 16, 2007 Report Posted September 16, 2007 Can H-J win by more than 10pts against Kountze
Guest Tha Unit Posted September 16, 2007 Report Posted September 16, 2007 In a one on one match who do you think could win out of Donahoe & CC
UT#1 Posted September 16, 2007 Report Posted September 16, 2007 yes hj would win by more than 10 and who is CC?? but im guessing donahoe not too many out there that can hang wit him
Guest Tha Unit Posted September 16, 2007 Report Posted September 16, 2007 Cedric Tyler, he was the player back then before Donahoe took his spot
