I'm curious, if this new technology is implemented, then as a result the trees/plants start dying off from lack of CO2, who will get the blame?

If this new technology is implemented, then as a result the environment starts to cool, who will get the blame?

If this new technology is implemented, then as a result the environment shows no changes, who will get the blame?

If this new technology is implemented, then no matter what happens, who will be hailed as heroes? Who will suffer the wrath?

Everyone on this board knows the answers to each of these questions.

Shouldn't we study the problem before offering solutions?
