You had to disagree quietly, if you know what I mean. I gave up on public education about 12 years ago when One of the boys had a Christmas program that was something about having “A Green Christmas.” Of course there were no carols to celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior, but the idea of having a Christmas program (errrrrr, “Holiday” program”) that was geared towards promoting green energy right in the heart of the petrochemical industry’s stronghold convinced me for good that most educators have been lost to reason.
