Do you have to download a previous version or is there a setting?

You need to go to your add/remove programs in the control panel and delete WMP 11. Windows will ask you if you would like to roll back to your previous version and you'll go from there. Also delete the WMP 11 runtime program. Once you've rolled back, your computer will reboot. If you use Windows Update (on XP, SP2), it will ask to update your system, but you need to tell it not to install that update and not to remind you to install that update ever. If you let it update after the reboot, you're back where you started...

Thanks.  I found a link on microsofts website.  Unfortunately my system won't allow a roll back to version 10.  :(
