Nope it's still out. I'm back from evacuation and staying with family in BC. His came on yesterday. Good to be back. But the clean up bout killed me today. Way to hot. Gotta get it early in the morning or late in the day. Be safe, drink plenty of water.

We got it back on late Thursday. Been cleaning up debris for two days. Man I'm beat, getting too old for this. All the trees in my yard are from an lot next door, and apparantly texas law says it falls on your land it's your problem. Back to work in the morning, so at least I can get my holiday pay for Monday.

Well, here we are again. Less damage for everyone, I hope. Lost power for just a short time (thank God), no internet or cable for now, but that’s ok. Hope everyone is safe.

Lost power for about one minute around 4:00 p.m. Came back on and has been on since. Guess I’m lucky this time. Stayed off for days with Laura. A little damage to my skirting but that’s an easy fix. Limbs.....sick of picking up limbs, but they’re mine. Have oaks and pecans......pecan trees are the absolute worst for shedding limbs......year around. Hope everyone had little damage. Feel sorry for Lake Charles people.

House is good, family's safe. More limbs, more fence down, no power since 6pm Friday. Probably 75-90% of Orange without power. Estimated to be restored by Wednesday???

I have 3 big sycamores and 5 pecan trees, constantly picking up limbs!  Those sycamore balls are bad when mowing.
