2 things stand out to me:  1st is how quick they swarmed on the truck.  Is there a code sent out when a truck carry packages is in the area?  2nd, why aren't these people working??!!

I joke, but it's not funny because of what happend to the lady in the blue shirt. The contents of the truck were only possessions of people who didn't get their delivery of specialty BBQ sauce or imported marinara. But that lady should not have put herself in harm's way. One has to be smart enough to recognize the situation and let the authorities handle it.
