Which means, in simpler terms, he did not violate the law.   Hmmm, I wonder if Peter Strzok and/or Jim Comey did?  Do you still remember when Comey stated that Hillary violated some laws but he, in his infinite wisdom, deemed it unintentional.   Yea, right.  If you watched the meeting with Mueller on the findings, he didnt say much because he wasnt very involved in the process and could not express himself too well, ala Joe Biden
