Thoughts on this game? EC vs 4A d1 Lumberton. Don't think these two ever played each other. By how much will the Bucs win lol

would be hard to imagine these two "never" playing each other in 80+ years of football but i would think EC by 20+ as the favorite

Definitely not... I think it will be something similar to our game with them but I think EC has more speed than we do so with all things considered that's how I came up with my score prediction

EC has speed just don't know much about Lumberton or how their offense matches up against EC's defense

I know in the eighties in Lumberton I played against them my junior and senior year.

I played against them 82,83.

East Chambers and Lumberton played against each other from 1970 until 1977 they went EC 6 and Lumberton 2. They've been a strong team for awhile. Whoops missed four later games, looks like we're even.

While I always root for my Raiders, it'll really depend on who we throw passes too. Need to completely shut down the turnovers and then do another good job on the penalties like we did in Silsbee,. As for me, if the game takes as much out of me as the first two games then this will probably be my last game to physically go to until my doctor fixes my heart. Thank goddness for game broadcasts but then again it's not as fun as being there. It's hell getting old.

I played for EC in the 75 and 76 game. Never forget the game in 75. Twisted my ankle bad then I ran the wrong route on a pass and Ricky Luquette intercepted it and  ran it back about 70 yds for a TD for Lumberton. I got so tired of hearing the band play The Raiders Go Rolling Along!!
