IMO it's due to WOS not playing the 1st couple games. 3>2

But this was the week 3 rankings. Before Jasper picked up Newton. So that's probably the answer. Whipped the eagles all the way up to 2.

1.   Carthage (1-0) (10), 100, 1, 9/25 at Gilmer

2.   West Orange-Stark (0-0), 83, 2, 9/18 vs. #3 Newton

3.   Newton (0-0), 76, 3, 9/11 vs. Kirbyville

4.   Jasper (0-0), 71, 5, 9/18 at Hardin-Jefferson

5.   Silsbee (0-0), 64, 4, 9/11 vs. Lumberton
