It doesnt spread as easy as Covid-19. I agree. But who decides the threshold of acceptance of deaths from a virus? In the 2017/2018 Flu season, U.S. flu death estimates reach close to 100,000. Not as many by the China virus , for sure, but still a helluva lot considering we have flu vaccines, experience with flu cases and treatment and a much better understanding of that the flu virus in general. Does that mean if we can get the death toll down to 100,00 a year or so (give or take a few thousand souls) it’s all ok? Who comes up with the threshold - who gets to decide? Still wondering your thoughts on this @Big girl The question pertained to masks. We are not required to wear face masks in public, because the flu does not spread as easily as COVID-19 Quote

In other words, they didn’t say you could go to church as long as you wore a mask, they just shut it down. Same for restaurants, bars, businesses of all types. If it’s a mask mandate you want to change this topic to, do you agree that as long as everyone wears a mask that we can reopen everything back up 100%? Quote
