This just shows that it's incredibly hard to rebuild a program in one year. It was a disappointing night in general for what was widely thought of as one of the strongest districts in 3A. Congrats to the Eagles. They outclassed the Dogs tonight...plain and simple.  :-[

I was at this game and it got out of hand from the start. Jasper would be better off running the ball just like Newton and Kirbyville. They are by far from lacking talent...its just CRAZY man!!!

I wished we played Newton though. I think Newton and Kirbyville are evenly matched right now.

Whewww....sure glad it turned out the way it did.... ;D  Dawgs need to put last week behind them and focus on making the playoffs. Lots of talent on that Jasper team and once they get the kinks worked out they very well could be the spoiler in district.
