We will not be able to beat BC being one dimensional.

I knew this would happen, we have success running the power I in one game, on a wet field, all of the sudden we are a Power I team. BIG MISTAKE, mark my words. We don't have the personel for it.

I agree we need to control the clock, but that is done by moving the sticks, not running the ball 3 times and punting. We are going to need to utilize the mid and short passing game along with running the ball. In short, we need to be balanced and patient. ;D

i agree with you  wo-s must find away to move the sticks and put presser on the QB that is a must. i dont belive bay city has much in the way of a running game this year. the best runner is the QB and likes to the ball in the air as he takes off running so i have been told he has a super WR he like to put the ball in his  hands.

I don't think we're a "power I team" either. It would have been nice to use it when it was working, but not to switch to it as our base offense. Has there been a switch, or are you just concerned about the fan rumblings?

WOS Defensive Coordinator Cornel Thompson talks to his defensive unit that hasn't given up a point in their last six quarters.  You can listen to their game against Bay City on KOGT beginning at 7pm Saturday from Pearland.
