OldSkool97 Posted September 15, 2007 Report Posted September 15, 2007 Any word yet on where the game will be played??
WH-BackInThaDay Posted September 15, 2007 Report Posted September 15, 2007 Ewwww. Dis one gets bad!!Hurricane Hardin.... big. :-\
whsalum Posted September 16, 2007 Report Posted September 16, 2007 Probably would be a good idea not to play this one.I don't think anyone gets anything out of it.Gotta yell for the HI kids after seeing their community efforts after the hurricane, but Hardin wins this one BIG.
Guest ECBucFan Posted September 16, 2007 Report Posted September 16, 2007 Maybe so, but I think it's great for the HI kids to not lose their games/season. I think just being out there playing will uplift the entire HI community, whatever the score.
whsalum Posted September 16, 2007 Report Posted September 16, 2007 You may be right, sure hope so.Seemed like a great bunch of kids.
tuffenuff Posted September 17, 2007 Report Posted September 17, 2007 Hardin should win this one pretty easy. They are playing very good ball! Glad to see High Island kids get to play.
WH-BackInThaDay Posted September 17, 2007 Report Posted September 17, 2007 I agree, High Island has always had a great bunch of kids. Just been tough one them the last couple of years. Give em' Hell Cards!!
Guest Hatchet Posted September 17, 2007 Report Posted September 17, 2007 hardin will score on every play to start the game!
TheCardinalFan Posted September 17, 2007 Report Posted September 17, 2007 When going into a match up like this, the Cardinals will have to approach the game with the understanding that we have to control the ball while on offense and not give up the big play on defense. Everyone has already written the headlines for the Saturday press, so the Cardinals have nothing to lose and everything to gain.According to Hatchet, if the Cardinals are able to keep the Hornets from scoring on the first play, it will have been a good game.
bmtfootball Posted September 18, 2007 Report Posted September 18, 2007 Bad timing for the kids from the Island...the Hornet fun-n-gun rolls into town and lights that score board up!
Wes57 Posted September 18, 2007 Report Posted September 18, 2007 Hornets win big time. These guys are rolling ;D
WH-BackInThaDay Posted September 18, 2007 Report Posted September 18, 2007 Defensive Coordinators in 24-AA are getting restless. Preparing for this sort of offense is a pain in the you know what. Especially if the team is good at running it. If anyone shuts Hardin out, I will be very, very impressed. I'm serious, I see them making a run for district this year... Watch What I Say.
Guest maverick24 Posted September 18, 2007 Report Posted September 18, 2007 As a HI grad glad to see the kids get to play. It is a shame it had to be moved I understood it was HI's Homecoming! Good luck to both teams and hope there are no injuries!
A-1t.e.#3 Posted September 18, 2007 Report Posted September 18, 2007 dude wat is up wit hardin playin all these teams that are not that good? yea they have showed us a pretty good offense but against no one that is gonna be like anahuac ec or buna...to me they havent proved nothin but a weak schedule
OldSkool97 Posted September 18, 2007 Author Report Posted September 18, 2007 We will see how weak it is when Hardin beats Anahuac...But this time they wont need O.T.
A-1t.e.#3 Posted September 18, 2007 Report Posted September 18, 2007 ok they can go ahead wit their lil qb and roll him outta the pocket so we can smash him b4 he has a chance to give snook the ball
Guest Yard Bird Posted September 18, 2007 Report Posted September 18, 2007 ok they can go ahead wit their lil qb and roll him outta the pocket so we can smash him b4 he has a chance to give snook the ballYou guys might need to be focus more on the splendora wildcats than a game several weeks away.
Guest ndn09 Posted September 18, 2007 Report Posted September 18, 2007 I think Hardin is goin to win by 7 points.
hdbasketballstar Posted September 19, 2007 Report Posted September 19, 2007 ok they can go ahead wit their lil qb and roll him outta the pocket so we can smash him b4 he has a chance to give snook the ballHa ha. I like that. Thats nice. Sounds like there is a lot of fun in this district waiting to happen. And Hardin has not had a weak schedule! Tarkington was supposed to be real good this year. Groveton is a good football team. And West Hardin always comes to play ball. High Island was put in there in place of B-Mont Cathedral, now Legacy Christian, because nobody else had an opening. But Hardin wins this one pretty easy.
Guest ndn09 Posted September 19, 2007 Report Posted September 19, 2007 That is funny what that other guy said Hurricane Hardin I thought was really funny man. ;D
BIGMO44 Posted September 19, 2007 Report Posted September 19, 2007 Believe me, I would love to see High Island keep it close, but this one will be over quick.
