Regardless of where you stand on this issue. A thread like this as well as the Orange Leader article are nothing but negative and a distraction for the community, coaches and especially the kids. We have people comparing kids abilities and making judgements on them as if they were professionals and I don't think it's any good for anyone.

Everyone has had their say on the matter and I'm sure there is no question where people stand. I don't think this needs to carry on any further and think this thread, and all of the others, should be deleted. The kids and coaches read all of this and it's not as if they don't have enough on their minds already.

I also want to say that I appreciate the effort given by the players, drill team, cheerleaders, band and coaches.

If changes do need to be made. I have faith that Coach Hooks will/would do the right thing.
