I figured since some teams are on a bye week, maybe I could stir up a friendly debate. I was able to get some stats from the Houston Chronicle, and these were our area's receiving leaders, by TD Receptions. I am sorry if I have left anyone out, but feel free to add a name to the debate.

Powdrill.  He has speed and runs precision routs, making him very difficult to defend.  Also looks for yards after the catch.

Asa Cardenas is a play maker. He caught a simple hitch route, broke about 3 tackles, and then preceded to take it to paydirt for 6. OH, and he burnt Brenham's DB's.....TWICE!

The names I orignally put on the list were the TD reception leaders from our area according to the Houston Chronicle. I didn't see Smith or King in the stats, but both of them are good WR's.

Do the Nederland fans actually come out and see other teams besides the bulldogs?  I've actually seen like 6 different teams and am not biased.  That kid from Brook is head an shoulders above the rest.

Marsh from Hardin is a big, stong kid. He's fast and runs hard. I haven't seen the others play so I don't feel right voting on this topic, but I know he is a player any coach around would love to have on his team.
