Woodshed Posted November 6, 2020 Report Posted November 6, 2020 That was a good game. The Katy secondary needs work. That speedy receiver for Tompkins toasted them three times. I still expect Katy to be in the State Championship mix though. TrojanMoJo 1 Quote

(55) when you have a cupcake district...streaks will happen. not hating, just stating the obvious lol Mr. Buddy Garrity and Yeoj 2 Quote

Rez Posted November 6, 2020 Report Posted November 6, 2020 I agree WOS benefits from a cupcake district (minus Silsbee), but 55 still says something. The problem is the district is so small they only get four district games a season, right? Or five? So it will take them 7 or 8 more years to get to 90 and by then we might even know who the next president is. Hagar 1 Quote

So yea it might take a while to set another record. Rez 1 Quote
Austin1985 Posted November 6, 2020 Report Posted November 6, 2020 I wanna say North Shore had an 80 game district win streak and Southlake Carrol had one north of 70 games as well. I'm sure someone will fact check this Quote
purpleeagle Posted November 6, 2020 Report Posted November 6, 2020 Newton probably has a good streak going. Last time I remember losing was when E Ch. was in our dist. And Coach Barbary passed away and Newton did not practice that week. As for as WO-S and Newton, we do not have 5 or 6 other high schools feeding our football program. Quote
