Barbers Hill Vs. Forest Brook

Allright District is here and BH has a target on their back from last years sweep!

After three games BH is 2-1 with 977 yards total offense split right down the middle gaining 477 yards on the ground and 500 yards in the air.

After two  games Forest Brook is 1-1 with 387 yards total offense with 308 yard coming on the ground and only 79 yards by air.

BH and Forest Brook are both coming off wins with the offenses clicking scoring 40+. BH was off this week while FB played, so BH will have to overcome any 1st quarter jitters after an off week.  Forest Brook  returns 18 from last years team (10 on D and 8 on O) and was picked by Dave Campbell to finish 4th in district 21-4A, So this team could play the spoiler if they are not taken seriously! Their lose this year came in the hands of Nederland which we all know is playing well.

Last years score was 35-13 BH!

With BH playing at Forest Brook this years game could be a tight one!! I'll go ahead and lay the first vote  ;D

from what ive seen FB has a lot of talent but no discipline, BH is not planing on losing another game after there first home loss against jasper, weve got a point to prove that were a team to be wreckoned with again in district, BH wins BIG

Forest Brook has had problems with discipline over the years! If they ever find someone to tame that beast over there FB could be a great team. BH should be fine in this one, but they have to hold on to the football and play the way BH can!

Don't forget to leave the pocket knives in the car BH fans! That metal detector had a lot of fans heading back to the car last year Vs' Smiley ;D

Forest Brook is a mess of a team. You also have to go thru metal detectors to get into the game, no lie. So, leave your guns, knives, and nunchucks at home for this one lol.

THE EAGLES WILL BE READY TO PLAY BALL COME FRIDAY NIGHT.  THE SMILEY FOLKS LAST YEAR WERE VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY.  ITS GETTING TO THE POINT YOU HAVE TO BE CAUTIOUS LEAVING FROM YOUR OWN HOME.  SO IF WE HAVE TO TRAVEL THRU THE METAL DETECTORS JUST COME EARLY AND LEAVE THE POCKET KNIVES AT HOME.  ;D

SOME PEOPLE DO CARRY POCKET KNIVES WITH THEM.  NOT LIKE AS IN PROTECTION MORE AS A UTILITY PURPOSE. I SAW PLENTY OF GROWN MEN GOING BACK OUT TO THEIR CARS PUTTING THEM UP.  NOT A BIG ISSUE.

BH will be ready for this one..... The extra week off was beneficial I think to heal some illness and a few injuries. The east houston schools have all gone to the metal detectors i think. If the intensity and rhythem from the Bellville game is resumed, BH should win this one. BUT... don't you ever, never ever, look past a team because you think they are no good! They will jump on you before you know what happened. For the next 7 weeks, the district championship is yours and everyone else wants it. Play every down like the season and the playoffs depend on it and rest when its over. GO BH!!

The metal detectors is one thing, but Smiley and Forest Brook are trying to biuld a new school with the snack bar.  6.50 for nachoes and a coke.  The 50 cents was an extra charge for the peppers.  No Kidding.
