I think Donte Raymond from EC  threw his name in the mix with 225yds against a 2-0 3A team friday night.He broke out in a big way and will be force again next year.

I was definitely impressed with Buna's backfield. Smith is thier leading rusher and is the best athlete. Brian Holmes is just big, strong, and nasty. He's very hard to stop. The most impressive of the group had to be Blanton Craft. Dude looks to be about 5ft nothing and is just slippery. Doesn't have breakaway speed but he runs hard, can find creases and is a great cutback runner. Didn't see enough of Carrell to get an impression.

Also, that dominant offensive line helps!!!

Donte gets better 'n better every game. He's running hard and protecting the football. With the O-Line finally starting to gel, Donte should become an even greater asset to the team.

Stelly kid in top 5 of 2A hasn't played a 4th quarter yet and has not played in the last 7 quarters due to ankle injury.

I think you are all over over looking someone. He may be playing Quarterback but The Thomas kid is the most impressive runner. I've have seen the last couple of years

what you have to realize about Buna is that they are spreading the load among four or five backs. Hardly anyone ever gets more than ten carries a game, yet the team averages right below 400 yds on the ground per game
