I was curious before the hire was made. Now; it really doesn’t matter. We got our guy, and I can only hope that he’s “our guy” and not using this as a stepping stone. Can’t blame him if he does, but I’d like to see the program continue to progress

Exactly. It’s over. Let’s see what he can do. Wouldn’t have been my pick, but they forgot to ask me. Knowing who the other applicants were wouldn’t change a thing.

Honestly the only reason I asked it will probably be the same guys applying for the LCM job.

I’m pretty sure who’s getting the LCM job. Just like to know who else is out there. I think everyone should give Reyes a shot. I’m hoping for the best. There is a Qb coming and the boy can sling it.

I’ll definitely give him a shot. I’m just gonna hold off on my expectations. It’s not his fault our school board can’t figure out a good hire from a shot in the dark.

I always say that BC kids don’t want to grow up and be QB1 for the cards... they want to be the ace pitcher. Lumberton boys grow up wanting to be first chair French horn. 

PNG couldnt point out a qb and Faircloth built a team around one in his first year and went 11-1 losing to eventual state finalist by 6 points. Its very possible
