You have got to be kidding me. Shepherd loaded with talent :-* They might have some athletes but they are a long way from being loaded. I wish them luck but I do not think they will make the playoffs.

Shepherd does have talent, lots of it, but they have no work ethic and no discipline and no desire to do the things it takes to be sucessful, until they do,they will always be battling someone for last place.
