I would be really surprised if we see any more forfeits beginning in the 3rd round and onward.

that team is really young they would have benefited from the extra games but they should be dam good for the next 4 years.

Problem is a superintendent will make the decision for the team.  We will see a few more in the next couple of rounds.

What a crying shame for those kids.  As with so many changes, this wouldn’t have happened 30 or 40 years ago.   Covid?   The medium age for Covid deaths is somewhere in the 70’s.   I have to wonder, what kind of man/woman is Supt. in Crockett.   Not one I think I would like.  

Pardon my venting, it goes to a much bigger problem than HS Football.

I know some things about how Crocket operates. After looking at Lorena, a likely loss to them would have been extra unpalatable. Crockett played the COVID card, and waited until the day of the game to do it. What a Crock.

lorena was going to see a different team so no need for ckt to forfeit because of loosing.
