COVID issues.  I think the regular starter was negative but he had contact tracing issues.  Rumors are swirling but the administration and the nurses working at the schools are required by law to not share identity information.  But most counties require the districts to report cases.  So only half the information actually gets out to the public.  And that is worse than zero information.
