Beaumont United vs GCM

This game has my attention and is the only meaningful last game. My question is, do both coaches pull all starters and in their mind hope to lose to get the lower seeded opponent??

I sure as hell hope not.  We were with out 3 offensive starters tonight.  We got to heal up and get work in.  Atleast a good half!!

1 Manvel or 2 Foster or 3 Paetow or 4 Hightower.

Not much difference in any of these guys. Its a tough match up.

If Lee wins, the best GCM can do is 3rd. Right? Since REL has the head to head tie breaker.

At the is point, I don’t know which QB will start, the Sophomore or the Senior.  But I think we’ll rebound and win with an opportunity with a home playoff game on the line.

If the soph plays next week United wins, if the sr plays GCM wins. It was a bit obvious the offensive guys responded to the soph better than the sr last week. Now if only the playcalling was better also.......☕

It’s crazy. Do you go with the kid that got you to the point (first playoff appearance in school history or do you pull the reigns and go with the inexperienced Sophomore?  Hell of a decision by our staff.  Maybe go with Thomas and the first sign of trouble, bring Martin in...

GCM by 11. Defense is going to be rested and healthy. Our coach will have 2 weeks to prepare for United. 

Now the question is which GCM offense shows up.

Looking at common district opponents that we both lost to as far as point differential....  BU 27, GCM 21

GC played PA tough were we were dominated. We played Lee to a score while GC lost by 2 scores.  Gonna be interesting...

I dont see BU getting more  then 20 on our D.  Lee we had 2 major break downs that seem to have been fixed.  BU's offense isn't any thing like Lee's sooo...  But then thats why we play the games. With high school kids no telling what can happen.
